What is Health & Wellness Coaching?

Health and wellness coaches support individuals in developing positive health behaviors through goal setting, education, mindfulness, and self-discovery/understanding. Coaches are equipped with tools to help clients empower themselves around assessing readiness for change, helping them determine what goals they want to set that fit within their lifestyle, offering accountability to maintain and sustain changes they want to make toward their overall well-being.

Think of me as your coach towards feeling well inside and out.

Who do I personally serve?

I work with people from all backgrounds. Anyone who is ready to make a positive change towards their overall well-being! I work with teens (13+), adults, seniors, those with chronic illness, and anyone in between that is ready for change to happen. Whether you are thinking about taking action to prevent health challenges, received encouragement from a health care provider, or have a diagnosis you'd like to work with; health and wellness coaching is never too early or late for anyone. I believe we all deserve to feel well, and you don't have to do it alone.

What do I need?

In order for our Coaching relationship to succeed, I will ask you to dive into who you are and also who and where you want to be. We will identify values and desired outcomes and develop action plans to help you achieve whole health.

I will ask you what makes you feel most inspired, motivated, alive, and connected. We will also look at what might be getting in your way. The more open and honest you can be as the client during our journey, the more I am able to best support you!

Our sessions will be held by video call on either Google Meet or Zoom. Any information shared with me remains confidential.

How does Private Coaching work?

To set a goal, we must first find out who you are, what your values are, and where you truly want to go. This is your foundation. 

While I have guides, templates and experience, my favorite part about coaching is that each client I work with is unique and how we work reflects that. We break down each step, build confidence, hold accountability, overcome challenges, recognize strengths and help you achieve your goals.

Together we will assess your current situation by starting out with a discovery session. From there, you will receive personalized information. During each follow up session we will continue to discuss goals.

How will I feel?

Change is hard or we’d all be doing it all the time with ease. I’ve been there and have had to make unexpected health changes. Whether you have a health goal in mind personally to improve your overall well-being or you have received instruction based on diagnosis from a health care practitioner; I can help you make the changes in your everyday life that work for you in order to improve and sustain your health. We’ll take a look at your life as a whole, set realistic goals, create and action plan. Along the way, I will be able to offer you support in your natural ups and downs in the process, confidence, positive mindset (positive psychology), stress management, and accountability.
